PLANS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS:

RESPONSIBILITY:

Before starting any exercise program, consulting a medical professional is recommended. Andre Diaz Fitness is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of the programs or undisclosed medical information.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In accordance with Colombian consumer protection laws (Law 1480 of 2011 and Decree 587 of 2016), users have the right to withdraw from services purchased remotely or electronically within five (5) business days following the purchase, without incurring costs or penalties.

MODIFICATIONS:

Andre Diaz Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, notifying registered users at least ten (10) days in advance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All training content, routines, nutrition plans, and educational material are the property of Andre Diaz Fitness and are protected by Colombian copyright law. Their use is limited to the registered client and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without authorization.

APPLICABLE LAW:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Colombian courts.

Protection of Children and Adolescents

Do we ever store information from people under 18?

Our services are intended for individuals over 18 years old. The processing of personal data of children and adolescents is subject to special requirements under Colombian law.

For minors under 18:

If a minor wishes to participate in our fitness programs, they must have express authorization from their parents or legal guardians, who must provide consent for the minor’s data processing and assume responsibility for the use of the service.

Parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise minors’ online activity and educate them on the importance of not providing personal information without authorization (name, address, phone number, identification documents, etc.).

If we identify that data belongs to a minor without proper parental authorization, we proceed to delete it immediately.

Acceptance of Terms
